Haunted Pumpkin Garden Family 4-pack Giveaway!

The New York Botanical Garden’s Haunted Pumpkin Garden will begin on October 6th and run all the way until Halloween (October 31st). This event will be a great opportunity to prepare for Halloween with the entire family! The Haunted Pumpkin Garden is a month long celebration of all things spooky at The New York Botanical Garden located in the Bronx and a neighbor to Fordham University. 

I cannot wait to check out the Haunted Pumpkin Garden with my family, especially after hearing about the great attractions and events that are scheduled all month long! There will be over 500 hand-carved pumpkin sculptures, live music, spooky story readings, a visit by the largest bat, and so much more. This is a great New York City Halloween event that you will not want to miss out on! 

ABOUT THE HAUNTED PUMPKIN GARDEN:

"Pumpkin sculptures of spooky scarecrows, frightening spiders, sneaky snakes, and more await discovery at every turn in the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden. Pumpkin artist Michael Natiello has again collaborated with the Garden to bring to life The Haunted Pumpkin Garden in the Adventure Garden. The display includes more than 500 intricately hand-carved pumpkin sculptures. These whimsical creations include scarecrows, bugs and insects, bats, spiders and snakes."

ACTIVITIES!

The New York Botanical Garden’s Haunted Pumpkin Garden will take place on the 12-acre Everett Children’s Adventure Garden. It will include a variety of festive activities that will be geared towards children of all ages, which will include: 

♦ Navigating a garden filled with intricately carved pumpkin sculptures

♦ Decorating science bags with fallen fruits and leaves

♦ Performing in the Pumpkin Puppet Theater 

SPECIAL EVENTS!

The New York Botanical Garden will also feature several special events in conjunction with The Haunted Pumpkin Garden ⇒

⇒ October 6-8:  The Spooktacular Pumpkin Party hits the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden bringing creeptastic live music, spooky story readings, a visit by the largest bat in the world and more. Included in All-Garden Pass.

⇒ October 20th: The MasterCard® Budding Masters Pumpkin Carving Workshop for Kids allows children 8-15 to participate in creating a giant pumpkin masterpiece. Separate ticket required. 

⇒ October 20-21 & 26-28: The Spooky Nighttime Adventures has families trick-or-treating while exploring the Haunted Pumpkin Garden using only flashlights. Separate ticket required.

The New York Botanical Garden is located in the Bronx directly next to Fordham University at Southern Blvd. and Bronx Park Road. All-Garden Pass tickets start at $20.00 for adults and $8.00 for kids under 12.
