Tom's of Maine Good First Facebook App:
What Makes You Feel Good?
The Tom’s of Maine Good First application on Facebook is a brand new app, which is designed to help share your passions and what makes you happy. They will ask you the question and you'll have to think about your answer:
"What did you put first today that made you feel especially good?"
The answer may come quite easily, but it also may require some thought. What upset me today was how hard I had to think to develop an answer, but I realized that being a mother to my little boy and reading to him was a good enough reason to be happy!

Tom's of Maine will provide five general topics that reflect Tom’s of Maine’s core belief in healthy, human and environmental goodness:
Helping People | Helping Animals | Healthy Eating
Healthy Living | Caring for Mother Earth
Thereafter, you will receive a reward based on your answer with a corresponding badge of honor on your Facebook Timeline so that you can show it off to your friends and family members! Good First will also show you which friends share your passion for the topic you selected.
Personally, I thought this was an excellent way to get my friends thinking about the listed subjects and what a difference they could make today. We don't have to do something extravagant and life changing every single day, but sometimes it feels good to just pass a compliment on to a stranger, or hold the door for a struggling mom!
I love checking out what my Facebook friends selected on the Tom's of Maine Good First app! I am trying to complete one passion each day, which has been easier than I had imagined it to be!
While I selected "Helping People" today since I worked on my sons potty training "issue" and took care of him (all day long!), I plan to do some gardening tomorrow with my son (Caring for Mother Earth).
We also have plans to adopt a new kitten or puppy next week (very excited!), so I will surely be back to Good First and check off "Helping Animals" once we return home from our local Animal Rescue facility!
What will you do today to help make a difference?

Just what I need – another app. I promise to think about this every day without prompting. Attitude of Gratitude is my motto.
Someone was on Facebook looking for a diaper bag for a young mom, I offered up one sitting around my house that I no longer need. Feels so great to help people out!
