Now that we are expecting our second child in January (2013), I am already starting to panic and feel overwhelmed. Yes, I have about 7-months to prepare, but any expectant mother can tell you that every waking moment of a pregnancy is filled with worries, thoughts, stress, and panic. A large majority of my recent stressors has been over finding the best products and accessories for Baby #2. Luckily, I recently had a chance to review two fantastic products from a brand I am quickly growing to love – TinyLove! 

Unfortunately, I was not properly introduced to the TinyLove product line when my son was an infant, which I am actually upset over! 3-in-1 ROCKER NAPPER ⇒

This innovative Tiny Love® product features a fun seat fitted with an engaging toy, a rocker that soothes baby with gentle rocking movements, and a flat pad (180°) with raised borders, which makes for a safe and cozy sleeping environment. Three uses in one product! 

We had to toss our old rocker out since it was beaten, torn, and completely ruined due to the cheap quality of the product. The first thing that I noticed about the 3-in-1 Rocker Napper was the durable quality and sustainable frame, which is going to outlast the daily abuse that a product such as this will receive in our home.

The last napper that we owned was not top quality. I regret it now, but we did go the cheap way out. I did not think we would need to use it as much as we did. Gimme a break – I was a first time parent! The napper was used for naps, feedings, hanging out, and just chillin’ out watching a movie with my son. As he grew, I began to notice the seat fabric was beginning to stain terribly, wear horribly, and tear (which was dangerous to witness!). 

There are three different positions that you can place the 3-in-1 Rocker Napper into depending on what you are trying to do, or your infants mood! Our old napper had one option – sitting up in a reclined position. This worked, but having the ability to lay my son into a flat position would have been great! That is just another reason why I love this TinyLove products! 

Since I am not due until January 2013, I decided to employ the assistance of my girlfriends 6-week old little girl. She was up for the challenge of helping me review the 3-in-1 Rocker Napper, which became obvious as she started to drift off into dreamland! We set her inside of the infant napper in the upright position, but she began to drift off moments later. Thereafter, I decided to make the proper (and easy!) adjustments necessary so that she could lay flat during her nap. She did not budge and it seemed like she did not feel nor notice any movement as we made the change. The adjustment was smooth and simple, but more importantly – baby is not awakened by any movement as you switch position!

Contrary to popular belief, I found it difficult to find toys and activities that would keep my son busy when he was a newborn and infant. All of the toys that were sold for his age group had ‘something’ that we did not like. I saw a lot of the same thing – plush or plastic toys that featured musical beads inside that would rattle. It wasn’t very often that I would find a product to keep my son alert and interested (since newborns/infants have a very short attention span). 

TinyLove’s Sunny Stroll is going to be an obvious hit in our home when my second child is born in 2013! The first thing that I noticed was how much my 3-year-old son was interested in the toys on this arch activity companion. While he is too old for such a product, I noticed he was very intrigued and seemed excited to set it up for his future brother/sister! We never had a stroller toy like THIS for our son, which I always regretted. He had 2-3 plush toys attached to his carrier and they would bore him within seconds! I always noticed his eyes were looking for "something else". Now I will have that for our second child and think my son is going to enjoy showing his little sibling how to hit the ball, spin the toppers, and look at him/herself in the mirror!
