Let’s Go Activity Packs Children’s Arts & Crafts Review
Trying to think up new children’s arts and crafts activities is never easy, especially when you don’t have the supplies necessary to create something you have in mind at the time. Missing a piece of yarn? There xfgoes that project! We ran out of construction paper? Guess that’ll have to wait! Now that I had a chance to review Let’s Go Activity Packs, I have a whole new perspective about crafting with my son. They made my life a lot easier and children’s arts + crafts possible to create for our family!
What are Let’s Go Activity Packs?
The Let’s Go Activity Pack is a themed pack with seven sections. Each section requires the interaction of an adult with a child, so that time spent is quality time. Open the pack when you have 5 minutes or 30 minutes and see what fun awaits. The provided supplies are organized so they are ready to go for you and your preschooler – efficiency is important!
I actually let me son pick out which packs we would review together, which we browsed together on LetsGoActivities.com. There are five different activity packs to choose from, which can also be compensated with additional supplies if you choose to purchase their "Booster Pack" as well.
- Ocean Exploration
- Fun on the Farm
- Winter Wonderland
- Bugs and Butterflies (currently on sale!)
- All Aboard
My son has two favorite places (besides home!) where he would stay all day if we allowed – our local zoo and aquarium. Therefore, I was not surprised to hear that my son decided on the Ocean Exploration and Fun on the Farm Let’s Go Activity Packs!
We were so happy when our new Let’s Go Activity Packs arrived on a rainy day! This was an unexpected thunderstorm, which actually ruined our plans to visit our local zoo. The arrival of our new Ocean Exploration and Fun on the Farm activity packs from Let’s Go couldn’t have come at a better time!
My first impression of the activity packs was instant love! Everything that I could need was inside of individual bags. Instructions for each craft and recipe was also included inside of the box. Imagine the simplicity of a children’s arts and crafts session with your children, which requires very little running around the house. I am normally found scouring all of our drawers and running upstairs and downstairs. Where’s the construction paper? Has anyone seen our stickers? These activity packs make it very easy to get started on your projects when you are ready to go – no more running around the house!
The Let’s Go Activity Pack is designed for preschoolers, aged 2 years to 5 years old. Preschoolers learn and develop at different rates and levels. As needed, limit or expand adult involvement to provide the best experience for the preschooler. This is an interactive pack. Adult supervision is required at all times. Interact and explore and see what joy is involved.

My son decided to try out the Let’s Go Ocean Exploration kits "My First Aquarium" craft for his very first Let’s Go project. We located the individual craft bag inside of our Let’s Go activity pack and we were able to begin immediately. The only supplies that I had to grab were scissors and tape (that was easy!).

The entire project was a lot of fun for our family to do together, but my son did take the lead on this one (minus the adult required steps, such as cutting out the center of the Let’s Go provided paper plate*)

Ta-dah! Check out our finished project ⇒

Next up was our Fun on the Farm activity pack! My son decided to go with Down on the Farm, which was a very easy project. We found a piece of decorated thick paper, which features farm artwork meant for your template background.

My son placed the farm animals in pairs since there were two of each animal on the sticker sheet. He had a lot of fun putting his farm together! Plus, I was able to reinforce a little bit of learning too as we rehearsed animal sounds and names.

Let’s Go Activity Packs feature top quality materials and excellent crafts and recipes that are fun for the entire family. I loved every one of the craft packages included in our Ocean Exploration and Fun on the Farm craft kits, which we have continued to do just about every day since arrival!
My son cannot get enough of Let’s Go! He loves taking a look through the box and wonders what the bag of materials may turn into next time! He was amazed at how we fabricated a fun aquarium all from stickers, seashells, paper plates and paint!
