Incase you missed yesterdays post, I have decided to finally start the BloggyMoms.com 2012 Blog Dare! You can read yesterdays post, which discusses the best aspects of my life. Today’s prompt is likely going to provide the same response, so let’s see how it goes!
March 2, 2012: Who is your inspiration?
Yesterday I discussed the best aspects of my life, which resulted in the obvious answer: my son. Today I am going to twist things up since I want to avoid the same response as yesterday. It should go without saying that my son is my #1 and only inspiration, but I would like to discuss the inspiration in my life that isn’t… human.
I find inspiration everywhere I go and take these things with me and into the future. I find inspiration in quotes, which mostly consist of powerful meanings that relate to who I am and what I aspire to become. Whenever I am feeling down and out, I turn to a good quote to turn things around. This isn’t the answer you’d expect, I am sure, but this is my best form of inspiration beyond my family and friends. One of my favorite places to find quotes is Q.uote.it, which includes a list of quotes to fit any situation, subject, or feeling.
My previous post here at MamaNYC discussed my all-time favorite, which is actually a Dr. Seuss quote:

"Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind"
Here are a few of my favorite inspirational quotes:

Nicole is a stay-at-home mom living on the outskirts of Manhattan with her husband and their 3-year-old son. She is also expecting a second child in January 2013.

Great pics to perk a gal up. Nice post:)
