We recently began the "lets remodel something" process, which never seems to turn out good. The last time we remodeled something our final cost was nearly double the original quote, which was already in excess of our budget.
I agreed to allow this project to happen under one condition (okay, maybe two!): I will be finding the best prices and making purchases online. The second condition is that we will be doing as much of the work as we possibly can before hiring a professional. Painting the walls and laying tiles in our bathroom will be the easiest part of this project. My husband has experience in painting and tiling, so I do not anticipate any issues!
The bathroom remodeling project cannot begin until I start purchasing some items. Luckily I was able to find an awesome collection of discount bathroom vanities that are high quality, affordable, and a wide selection to choose from. We need to decide if we will be going with a black or dark wood vanity, but here are two vanities I really like:
* I am really pushing for the "his and hers" double vanity sinks! This would be a dream come true!

I love both options. I can tell you I love the floating vanity,, they seem to open up the room. It makes the room look bigger.
